1-800-Simpson
A hugely popular home and garden publication that needs little introduction, Simpson doors were featured in back-to-back issues of HGTV Magazine. When readers picked up the September 2022 issue, door style 37982—painted in a playful coral color—popped off the page. The essence of Americana, this wood door has a Dutch cut, which means the top half of the door can be open while the bottom half remains closed. While Dutch doors have traditionally been seen at the back of a home, many are moving this style to the front of the home (as seen here) to benefit from the same corralling functionality and old-school charm.
Simpson door style 6806 was featured in HGTV Magazine the following month—don’t they say that two is better than one? Installed at the front of a Southern California beach house, this front door captures the coastal cool aesthetic of the neighborhood. Painted in a muted teal blue color, the divided lite construction highlights the quality and timeless appeal of Simpson’s Craftsman Collection doors.
