Official Giveaway Rules

Please read these rules before entering this Giveaway. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1. Program Description / Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This contest is in no way Sponsorsed, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Simpson Door Company and Branch and Bloom (“Sponsors”), and not to Instagram. This Giveaway is open to current legal residents of the United States who have reached 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state or province of residence at time of entry. Internet access is required in order to enter this Giveaway. Employees of Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The Giveaway period for each prize begins on December 7, 2020 and ends December 11, 2020 ("Entry Period") at 4:00pm PDT. For purposes of this Giveaway, all times refer to Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT"). There will be a total of five (5) winners selected after the conclusion of the Entry Period at or after December 11, 2020 at 4:00pm PDT.
2. How to Enter: You will be automatically entered into a Giveaway drawing when you complete and submit the enter requirements outlined at https://instagram.com/SimpsonDoorCo. Entrants can sign up for a free account at instagram.com if they do not currently have one. Entries must be received December 11, 2020 at 4:00pm PDT.
3. Prizes and Odds of Winning: Five (5) winners will be selected at the end of the Entry Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

   PRIZE PER WINNER (1):

   One (1) Branch and Bloom wreath (door not included) in standard sizes (height and width) per Branch and Bloom’s specified standard sizes. The wreath won will vary each day of the contest. The prize sent to the winner will reflect the photographed wreath design for the correlating entered (and selected) post. At any point, Branch and Bloom may send a substitute wreath to the winner at their discretion.

   Total estimated retail value of each prize is $150 USD / item.

   Prizes have no cash redemption value. Random drawing will be from among all entries received during the Entry Period listed above. Any depiction of the prize is for illustrative purposes only.

   No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Odds of winning the each prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Entry Period.

   No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsors makes no representations about the functionality of the prize. All issues and questions regarding the prize and its use must be directed to the prize manufacturer or affiliated companies at the sole cost and expense of the winner.

4. General Conditions: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Giveaway. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be notified by Instagram and delivery will be coordinated upon completion of written acceptance of prize. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on Instagram entry, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the Instagram handle submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Instagram account. In the event a selected winner is ineligible or refuses the prize, or if the selected winner fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the day/time they were notified that they won, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsors, in its sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate winner from remaining entries, or may elect not to award such prize to an alternate winner, where permitted. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will be considered a refusal of the prize. Except where prohibited, entry in the Giveaway and acceptance of a prize constitutes each entrant's consent for Sponsors to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute for any purpose, including publicity, promotion and advertising, in any media (including without limitation, print, internet, television, radio, and offline), each winner's name, city, photograph, likeness, biographical information, voice, or image, each in perpetuity without further compensation, credit, or right of review or approval. Your name may be used on Instagram and/or other social media outlets (i.e., Twitter®, Facebook®, LinkedIn®, etc.) to announce that you have won. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed at Sponsors, not Instagram, and you agree to release Instagram from any liability in connection with this Giveaway. Except where prohibited, by entering in this Giveaway, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsors, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any liability (including but not limited to tax liabilities), claim, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won in this Giveaway. SPONSORS’ FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.
5. Internet: If for any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsors assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsors is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, or for failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
